How accounts, course access and completed theory training are handled.
Account and training
Use your legal identity and your own account. Keep your password private. Complete the training yourself. Theory training does not issue a CDL or include behind-the-wheel training.
Course access and completion
Access lasts 30 days from activation, subject to recorded administrator extensions. Study each module and pass each assessment with at least 80%. Confirm your identity at completion to create a certificate and authorize reporting of your training and identifying information to FMCSA’s Training Provider Registry. Check the reporting status in your dashboard. Earlier preview records are excluded.
Payment and activation
Hosted payment links open with the payment processor. Automatic course activation after website payment is not yet connected; contact support for activation. Administrators can record cash, company check or complimentary access. Payment never marks a course complete. Review the refund/cancellation policy before paying.
